Four Seasons at The Fitzgerald is a unique, one-of-a-kind 4-course dinner series presented by chef Adam Pawlak. This event will showcase and support our local Wisconsin farmers, purveyors, butchers and the passionate people in our community making a difference in the culinary industry including:

The setting for this event is our historic Italianate-style mansion, The Fitzgerald. Exquisite parlors and an opulent ballroom provide a unique destination for this farm-to-table dinner featuring wine pairings, live music and more.
Pawlak will curate a menu to reflect ingredients and techniques that harmonize with each season. Everything you enjoy during this dinner will be grown and have originated from Milwaukee and other local businesses in Wisconsin.
Our wine pairings for each course will be curated by Emily Slawski, a level two sommelier and wine enthusiast. All wines will be selected based on how they pair with and accompany the food being served by Chef Pawlak.
