PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Digital Content Coordinator collaborates with the Marketing Team to develop new content ideas and concepts for Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC). A key component of this job requires staying up to date on new developments in social media. This position is responsible for developing and executing content on our social media channels which includes Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok and LinkedIn, as well as the company’s Blog. The Digital Content Coordinator helps to ensure that the voice of our brand is consistent throughout all platforms.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Posts relevant content for over 500 events per year across all social media platforms.
- Meets deadlines for social posts that are communicated by PTG team members and Artists’ teams.
- Creates organic social media content across all platforms.
- Handles community management on all social media platforms.
- Sets up and executes social promotions for followers.
- Handles scheduling for photographers and ensures photos are approved by tours if needed.
- Creates Facebook photo albums for each show.
- Writes and schedules messaging for digital marquee.
- Writes and schedules content for the Green Room Blog.
- Researches what other brands are doing in the digital content space and provides recommendations.
- Tracks quarterly, semi-annual, and annual growth of all social media pages and Blog.
- Organizes monthly calendars for coffee shops and retail distributed by our volunteer team.
- Organizes monthly record store promotions.
- Handles special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in digital or content marketing, multi-media marketing, and/or advertising.
- Professional level understanding of social media measurement, publishing platforms, and content management systems.
- 2 years of experience with social media scheduling and listening tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design or similar from an accredited college or university.

Part-Time Positions
Event Facilities Staff
The Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC) in Milwaukee Wisconsin is seeking an experienced
individual to manage maintenance needs during events at its venues: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom, Miller High Life Theatre, The Fitzgerald, and Vivarium.
Responsibilities for this position include monitoring of building systems temperatures, building-related
upkeep and support the facilities standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality. Primary
responsibilities are to staff evening and weekend events and shows. There are opportunities for
additional hours during the day to help full time staff with larger projects when needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will be “Hands On” with the ability to work under minimal
supervision and utilize multiple trade skills in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical,
Painting, and Roofing.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Facilities Staff supports the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role works closely with the events and operations teams to prepare venues, assist with logistics, and maintain facilities before, during, and after events.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and controls building temperatures and related equipment during shows or events.
- Provides general assistance to the house manager during shows and events.
- Performs non-critical HVAC preventive maintenance, minor plumbing upgrades, minor electrical work, and general cleaning.

- Cleans public-facing spaces at Vivarium, weddings, and private events; including clearing tables, picking up trash, emptying trash and recycling bins, sweeping or mopping floors, and any other cleaning duties assigned by a supervisor
- Operates Coat Check at each venue (when offered to patrons).
- Knows and follows all safety rules, such as safe work practices, and standard operating procedures.

Street Team - Volunteer
Overview
PTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-faceted entertainment organization that hosts over 600 live events annually across five venues in downtown Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom, Miller High Life Theatre and The Vivarium. The Pabst Theater Group is dedicated to providing top notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike.
Street Team members are responsible for distributing promotional materials (flyers/posters) at various locations, venues, and events around the Milwaukee area. This is an unpaid position based out of Downtown Milwaukee.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pick up flyers at designated pickup location(s)
- Distribute flyers at locations on designated route(s) and other areas as assigned
- Take photos of flyers/posters at these designated locations
- Capture cell phone videos at Pabst Theater Group shows
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must have a reliable smartphone with HD and/or 4K video capabilities (most phones within the past 3-5 years)
- Must be eager to talk to people about live music/events and willing to approach and interact with people they may not know
- Must be available for 2-3 hours each month to complete designated route during local business hours of operation

Compensation:
This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, if accepted onto the street team, you will have access to free tickets for shows at Riverside Theater, Pabst Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, and the Vivarium based on ticket availability
Usher
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Usher position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons attending events. This role ensures smooth entry, seating, safety, and overall satisfaction of attendees. Ushers act as the first point of contact, assisting with directions, ticket verification, and enforcing venue policies while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides guest assistance by greeting and welcoming patrons as they arrive at the venue.
- Assists guests with finding their seats and navigating the venue(s).
- Provides information about event schedules, amenities, and venue policies and procedures.
- Checks and scans tickets for authenticity and correct seating.
- Directs guests to the appropriate entrances, sections, or VIP areas.
- Monitors crowd flow and ensures adherence to safety regulations.
- Reports any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to security or management.
- Assists in emergency evacuations as directed by House Manager and Event Staff Management.
- Distributes programs, flyers, or promotional materials as needed.
- Assists with post-event clean-up and resetting of the venue.
- Adheres to all safety standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
GENERAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work well with others that includes a wide range of people form diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional, calm and courteous demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Gmail.
- Strong work ethic and an ability to work autonomously.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs.
- Able to use close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
- Required to stand for extended period of time.
- Occasionally required to bend, twist, climb, kneel and balance.
- Regularly required to sit, walk, talk and hear.
- Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements.

WORK LOCATION(s): Any Pabst Theater Group location within the metropolitan Milwaukee area.
SCHEDULE: The majority of Pabst Theater Group events occur on nights and weekends. Consistent availability during these times is essential for any Usher employee, however, scheduling is generally flexible to accommodate employee needs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment consists of historic buildings that host live music. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily located indoors at Pabst Theater Group venues. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to loud, depending on the type of event (including but not limited to: concerts, comedy shows, book tours, etc.). Conditions can include normal to low light conditions.
