Partner Relations, Group Sales, VIP Account Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

 

●      Manage, maintain, and implement Partners/Sponsors relationships, Group Sales,
& PTG VIP Program guidelines

●      Create customized proposals, presentations, and promotional materials

●      Create sales plans to increase revenue

●      Sales prospecting for Group Sales, & PTG VIP program

●      Develop annual event(s) to assist in achieving revenue goals

●      Submit prospect activity reports, forecast reports, & provide briefings to management

●      Handle contracts, contract revisions, and servicing

●      Invoice clients and track payments

●      Interface with various departments

●      Inspire customer loyalty by building strong relationships with clients through follow up and support

●      Periodically attend shows to service clients in attendance

●      Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

●      5 years of Sales or Partner Management Experience

●      College Degree or experience equal to

●      Proficient in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

●      Team player with a positive attitude

●      Strong written and verbal communication skills

●      Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

●      Ability to multi-task & work independently in a fast-paced environment

●      Must be respectful of other team members’ contributions and importance

 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Part-Time Positions

Bar Back

Description

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be supporting the bartending staff by setting up bars for a service shift, stocking products, and performing some light cleaning. The Barback position is a great starting point for career growth within the Bartending department

Requirements

  • Some service industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Applicants should have a flexible schedule. Hours are part-time and can vary dramatically week to week with the possibility of up to 30 hours per week during our busy season, the perfect job for students, or those who already have another full or part-time job
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift/carry on average 25 pounds, be on your feet for extended periods of time and frequently ascend/descend stairs
  • All employees must be fully vaccinated

Bartender

Description

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be serving beverages and concessions in high volume while also providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Heavy service industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Applicants should have a flexible schedule. Hours are part-time and can vary dramatically week to week with the possibility of up to 30 hours per week during our busy season, the perfect job for students, or those who already have another full or part-time job
  • Must have valid/current bartending license 
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift/carry 10+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Security Guard

Overview:
The Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC) in Milwaukee Wisconsin is seeking Part-Time Security Guard to provide and enhance security services during events for operation in its venues: The Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom, and Miller High Life Theatre.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Access control to both interior and exterior locations in all venues
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
  • Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Checking credentials and screening individuals entering venues
  • Assisting tours and production staff with parking and street management logistics
  • Assist Event Operations and Production teams with other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience as security guard/officer

  • Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of people from different backgrounds
  • Experience training employees

  • Other general qualities would include strong work ethic and organizational skills, ability to work autonomously and strong analytical thinking skills
  • The position requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough or difficult surfaces, and recurring stooping.
  • The position may require specific, but common physical characteristics and abilities, such as mobility and dexterity.
