What is the best part about joining the Concierge Club?
You can finally get the best seats to any new show when they go on sale.
When is my Membership valid?
Memberships are valid October 1st, 2025 through September 30th, 2026.
How do I pick my two free shows?
Almost every show is available. Only a few are excluded due to artist contracts. Receive 2 free tickets to 2 shows per membership period - simply email conciergeclub@ptglive.com for any ticket requests!
Can I share a Membership?
No, the Membership is not transferable. If you would like to purchase tickets for a friend,
you are welcome to do that. The tickets you purchase using your Membership must be
purchased under your account and held at will call.
What if my email changes?
If you need to change your email address, please email us so we can update it. If your
email address is not up to date you will miss out on the weekly newsletter and access to
FanAccount.
Can I buy a Membership as a gift?
Yes! Email conciergeclub@ptglive.com to learn how you can give the gift of the best seats when they go on sale.
How do Ticket Alerts work?
In your weekly newsletter, you will receive discounts, free ticket offers, and low ticket
alerts as they become available.
What is FanAccount?
FanAccount is where Concierge Club Members can claim FREE tickets, exclusive
discounts for events, and manage orders all in one place.
What shows can I purchase tickets to?
Members can purchase tickets to any show that we have availability for that is not sold
out provided the event is ticketed by the Pabst Theater Group. Please note this excludes
VIP or AXS Premium tickets as well as events such as A Christmas Carol, Shen Yun
and some Milwaukee Ballet events. Please email conciergeclub@ptglive.com or call
414-242-8135 to reserve your order.
Do I have to pay fees?
You will save tremendously on service fees. Of course, the Historical/Preservation fee, Facility maintenance fees, and sales tax still apply.
What if the show I want to attend is sold out?
Please reach out to us and if tickets become available we will let you know.
Can I get a refund?
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
