Ruth Moody is an award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Canada, celebrated for her angelic soprano voice and effortless command. Ruth has built a dedicated fanbase, touring both as a solo artist and as a founding and current member of the folk trio The Wailin’ Jennys. Ruth has recently completed a new solo album, to be released in 2024. She splits her time between Vancouver Island and Nashville, TN, and when she is not on the road with her band or The Wailin’ Jennys, she spends her time writing, hiking, and keeping up with her six year-old son.
