Diet Lite

Milwaukee rock ‘n' roll mainstays, Diet Lite, have a new album, "Into The Pudding," coming out on April 14. Following a wild 2022 that included shows all across the Midwest, an infamous gear theft and the release of two EP’s "Jon Told Bob Told Rob" and "Dumb Bird," the band isn’t pumping the brakes, but instead are rolling into the new year full speed ahead. "Into The Pudding’s" 14 songs include the tracks from last year’s two EPs, plus six brand new, never-before-heard songs sure to get your blood pumping and feet stomping.

The album captures the essence of Diet Lite’s high-octane, no-holds-barred live show, which you can see for yourself when they take the Back Room stage on April 15. They’ll be joined by Chicago psych-punk rockers, Kangaroo Court (making their Milwaukee live debut), and fellow Milwaukee local music scene staple, Social Cig, for a night of celebration, catharsis and damn good rock ‘n roll.
