Wisconsin's homegrown Talking Heads cover band, Houses in Motion, started around 2004 as a way for former high school bandmates to continue to perform together when they were separated by different colleges. Once the majority of the members found themselves in Madison, they became more active, regularly playing sold out shows at Cafe Montmartre and High Noon Saloon.
Synths will be ablaze as the band kicks off an opening set that features the new wave punk of the Heads' earliest albums, 'Fear of Music,' ''77' and 'More Songs About Buildings and Food' before delving into the dance anthems of the 'Stop Making Sense' songbook with your favorite world beat / dance rock grooves.
